Quotable stores messages only when a member saves a quote or an administrator imports channel history. Stored quotes include the message text, author's Discord ID and display name, server/channel/message IDs, source link, saving member's ID, and timestamps. Favorites store the member and quote IDs.
Discord sign-in stores your Discord ID, display name, avatar, and the server memberships and permissions needed for management. Access is rechecked before server management. Quotes are shown only to members who can read their source channels. Private messages are not supported.
Server managers can export quotes and remove them from the active archive. Deletion hides a quote from recall and search; retained database records and backups may still contain it. Contact the operator through the contact form for removal requests. Contact form messages are stored for the operator; they are not automatically emailed.
